Janbit Support
Janbit is a puzzle game in which you place and rotate mirrors to guide lantern light to a water lily. This page provides help, bug reporting, and privacy contact information for the Android and iOS apps.
Intended audience: ages 16 and older. The app does not directly verify your age; please review the store age rating and parental control settings.

Please include your app version, device model, operating system version, affected stage, steps to reproduce the issue, and a screenshot if available. Hide personal information such as names and email addresses in screenshots. Do not send passwords or payment information.
How to play
Choose Start or Stage Selection on the home screen, then place or rotate mirrors to guide the light to the target water lily. You can change the display language using the language selection menu on the home screen.
Progress and changing devices
Unlocked stages, completed stages, tutorial status, and language settings are stored on your device. The app has no account or built-in cloud synchronization feature. Transferring progress between devices through the app is not supported. Clearing app data or deleting the app may erase your progress. Please contact support before deleting or reinstalling the app to troubleshoot a problem.
If the app freezes or the screen does not appear
Close the app completely and reopen it, then check your app store for the latest version. If the issue continues, email support with the information listed above.
Advertisements
The mobile app may show interstitial advertisements between stages. An internet connection is needed to load ads. If an ad is not ready, you can continue playing without it. The ad provider determines the ad content, duration, and close button.
You can open an available consent form using the advertising privacy settings option in Settings (labelled ‘광고 개인정보 설정’ in Korean). Available choices depend on your region and the ad provider’s settings. Contact support if you have difficulty changing your choices or have privacy questions.
